If you are wondering what a Realtor give you in your real estate transaction think about the difference between a handyman and a licensed electrician. Basically the handyman can fix your electrical problems but do you really want to take the risk? Realtors in Evergreen and the rest of the country are held to a higher standard if you want to stay in the Realtor group. We are expected to, as Realtors, to be ethical and on our best behavior at all times. We also have a great deal of education that people that aren’t Realtors. So if you are buying or selling a home in Evergreen, Conifer, Morrison or the Denver foothills please use a Realtor, even if it’s not me, please use someone with the designation of Realtor.
