This is a great tool and report to help you if you are a buyer or a seller. This is a very detailed report about what is going on in any specific area you are interested in buying or selling your home. I really like this report. It will show you comparables (comps) in your specific pricepoint. It will also show you what is currently for sale. I like this real estate report so much, I email it to myself every week.
