Evergreen, Colorado doesn't have as many Condos available for sale as some of the areas that are a bit closer to the ski areas.   Evergreen is still only about 40 minutes from many of the ski areas.  There are plenty of condos here in Evergreen. https://youtu.be/2wL9RY3SNVg
