It’s hard to open your mail go online or do just about anything without being bombarded by a real estate agent at some point in your day. Just because you see a real estate agent or hear from one every now and then does not mean that they are the best real estate agent for you. We won’t discuss whether that is environmentally appropriate or if it is a nuisance we will just strictly talk about the ability to selling home or to gather information from sellers the mailers. I owned a print shop marketing company web design company and search engine optimization company in the state of Florida back in the early 2000s. In Southwest Florida at that time the real estate market was booming and most of my clients were in the real estate industry of some sort whether it be title sales brokerage or independent real estate agents. We focused a lot on millennials which at the time seemed to be a somewhat decent amount of return on their investment. Is yours went on in technology took off mailers tried to keep up with variable data in putting addresses and recent sales and putting their home value on the mailer those were all good gimmicks to begin with and then people started to catch on and they started to get too many of them so mailers are really not a good option for a real estate agent to use at this point.
