Evergreen real estate market is just like any other market except for the fact that we have been pretty steady.  Not to many ups or downs in a drastic way.  As you can see from chart below the gap between list and sold price are closing.  That tends indicate we are moving more towards a seller’s market.  We have been trying to let our buyers know it is not as easy to come in and low ball anymore.  Those days are over (at least for now).  If you are thinking of listing your home I think the time is now.  If you are just curious about the value of your home just give me a call and I will be happy to help you determine the value of your home.

As you can see there has not been much of a change in the list price of Evergreen homes.  That isn’t that surprising.  What you can see is a pretty big jump in the sold price of homes in Evergreen since April of this year.  This is a pretty good story for home sellers as well as buyers.  Reason being is the folks that just purchased just 8 months ago are seeing an increase in their homes value.  So in short by looking at recent information it is a good time to sell as well as a good time to buy.
