Pricing your home and finding out the value can be a bit tricky, especially here in Colorado.  Not many of the homes are the same.  That makes it very hard to find comparables to compare  to your home to find the true value.  Please don’t use Zillow home estimates.  Use a Realtor to do a CMA.  I offer a FREE CMA to people wanting to know the market value of their home.
