At 33, he bought his first company, a motel in the Outer Banks of NC, and expanded it by adding a fishing charter business. After selling that business, he moved to Southwest Florida, purchased a struggling print shop, and transformed it into a thriving digital printing and web marketing business, primarily serving real estate companies. Following the 2008 real estate market crash, he moved to Taos, NM, opened a kids’ play center and restaurant, sold it, and relocated to Evergreen, CO. There, he obtained his associate broker’s license, worked for Keller Williams Foothills, and eventually became an employing broker, opening his own real estate company.
