Not many Realtors would ever suggest Zillow. The information is outdated and the sell your info to the highest bidding real estate agent. Zillow Zestimates are known to be way, way, way off. Most real estate agents would recommend a local Realtor site. This one has the most advanced MLS search in the universe.
